Shipping & Delivery

I ship all orders from Scotland, using tracked services for your peace of mind. UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to me. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
• Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of my products, we cannot accept returns on home fragrances (for hygiene reasons).
• To initiate a return, please contact me at hello@annacampbelljones.com with your order number.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your returned item.
